1 slice of bread; 1/2 to 3/4 cup cooked cereal, rice or pasta; 1 oz dry cereal; 1/2 bun, bagel or English muffin; 1 small
roll, muffin or biscuit; 3 to 4 small crackers or 2 large crackers
