Broccoli, Spinach, Carrots, Cauliflower, Lettuce, Green Peas, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Leafy Greens, Corn,
Potatoes
Suggested servings are:
1/2 cup cooked or raw vegetables; 1 cup leafy raw vegetables, 3/4 cup vegetable juice
Be sure to get at least 3-5 servings from the Vegetable Group daily.
